The worst experience ever. She does not know how to cut hairs. Made a total mess and now I’ll have to wear a hat until my hair grows out again. Don’t waste your time and money. Never coming back!

I asked for a simple angled bob, neck length, shorter in the back and gradually longer toward the front. Instead of taking the time to section my hair, the hairdresser (who I believe is the owner) just combed it through and started cutting straight across. She seemed rushed, especially once two other clients walked in 2 minutes after she started cutting. She chopped off my mid-length hair in less than five minutes. The result was a disaster. The back was cut far shorter than I requested, the front left way too long, and the transition between them looked uneven and choppy. Some sections in the back were jagged and zigzagged, as if no effort was made to blend the haircut at all. On top of that, she didn’t even brush off the cut hair sticking all over my neck and back. To make matters worse, she charged me more than the price she quoted upfront, probably knowing I wouldn’t tip after such a disappointing job. She was also rude. When I politely asked if she could shorten the front a little so it might at least look better, she started cutting more off the back instead. When I told her not to touch the back again, she raised her voice and insisted she wasn’t cutting it, while I had literally just seen her doing exactly that. The haircut is so bad and ugly that I’m embarrassed to wear it. I’ve been covering it up with a beret or anything I can until it grows enough to be fixed. Everyone who has seen it agrees it looks nothing like an angled bob and was done carelessly. This was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling disappointed, upset, and completely let down. I would strongly warn others not to waste their time or money here.
My mom and I have been going to Jeffrey's for over a year. A nice, clean, relaxed place for getting our hair done. I get color and haircut. My mom gets highlights, low lights, cut, perm or body wave. Inessa is very good and pleasant. I completely recommend.
